How do I fill out a PDF if it’s not fillable by default? Also, how do I sign it electronically?

There are multiple ways. In Apple’s free productivity suite (iWork), including Pages, Numbers, and Keynote, you can import or create a document and then export the document as a PDF. From there, the PDF can be shared in various ways, such as saved to iCloud Drive (or other cloud storage), emailed, imported into another app, etc. The Export feature is located in the … (triple-dot) menu at the top-right corner of the screen. See the comments for more ideas.

Fill out PDF: All You Need to Know

If you're creating a document, be sure to leave enough room on your disk and let the app manage space. Apple will tell you how much disk space is left. If you're exporting a document, you may need to set the size of the document to 100 megabytes (MB), 150 MB, 200 MB, 300 MB or 400 MB. If you haven't created a document, there are other tools available that can add a document to your documents library. If you're sharing a document with someone else, be sure you're using iCloud Drive or some other service that stores your files across the web. If you're sharing a document you created on your computer, ensure you allow people to view the document you're exporting to your documents library. Once you've imported or created a file in Apple, you'll have to export it to PDF in a specific way before you can share.
